Our mission is simple: to redefine the vegan dining experience. We believe that vegan food can be every bit as delectable and satisfying as its non-vegan counterparts, and we’re dedicated to proving it one mouthwatering bite at a time.

About Us
Our story begins with a true love for veganism and eating healthier, that stems from the owner Luis Velez, a 9 year vegan.
He does not judge others for eating what they want to eat and understands the allure of eating out at your favorite restaurants and eating what you wish.
Though vegan foods can be looked at it many ways, to be healthy, our goal is not to sell boring meals. The foods created by our chef, Chef Betzy, are truly delicious creations.
Chef Betzy owned restaurants of her own in the Orlando area and trained under the tutelage of a local and very popular chef that happens to be Luis’s cousin El Chef Efrain, which will be opening his food truck/trailer soon also.
We are very proud to see the rise of veganism in Orlando and the great state of Florida!
There are a lot of amazing restaurants in Orlando and we actually have sections where we help to promote others because there shouldn’t be ‘competition’.
The vegan community is growing and we want to help it continue to grow.
Other small businesses deserve help also. That is why we have a section to help promote any restaurant or small business in Orlando and surrounding areas.
At The Chill Pill Grill™ our goal is to serve some of the best tasting, flavorful plant-based creations and a commitment to sharing those delights with the local communities and then take it all over the beautiful state of Florida !

Meet our Chef Betzy, a talented little lady that has lived in Orlando since she was very young. A native of Puerto Rico but she has learned how to cook a variety of meals over the years. She brings a lot of creativity to the table and just has that pleasing personality that people love.
The initial idea was to focus on our soon to be famous vegan Hot Not Dogs™ but we are trying different menu items in an effort to see what they community wants. Without you, there is no Chill Pill Grill.
